On December 21st, 2009, Lip Labz will unveil their latest innovation: a custom, shiny, colourful lip product that will become an essential item in every woman's make-up bag. Celebrate with us as we unleash the latest trend in lip care. We have decided to get a new look and redefine our lip lab with a gorgeous, new concept. The new lab design will allow our team to handle crowds more effectively and debut our new customized product line alongside our tremendously popular lip balm.

Lip Labz offers the fun and unique experience of choosing from some of the tastiest flavors around and then having your very own lip balm made for you right in front of your eyes from over 21 delicious flavors. Since opening, the Labz have drawn huge crowds causing security concerns about blocked walkways and fire exits around the swarmed store.

The creation of Lip Labz by Adina Schneid, 28, and Ryan Turney, 29, was a spin off from their successful all natural soap company, Rivendell Soap Factory. When they decided to create the best lip balm possible from their all natural ingredients like beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa butter, they never imagined the response they would get from the enthusiastic public. Right from the beginning people loved the delightful smells coming from the Labz like the comforting aromas of a pastry shop.

The fact is, Adina had an amazing time choosing the yummiest flavors and will eagerly encourage you to smell her favourites. But deciding upon the best flavour mixes proved to be a challenge: they had so many delicious combinations they simply couldn't decide on *the* best. They felt stuck. They did not want to leave out so many of the great mixes but could not possibly offer them all. And then it hit them: "We'll let our customers decide!" And Lip Balm Labz was born.

Now customers can pick and choose from over 21 tantalizing flavors in an ice cream stand-styled lab serving hot melted lip balm that is ready to pour. The customer picks everything from the colour of the container to the flavours they want to mix. Once you order, tie-dyed lab coat wearing "mixologists" dance to thumping music as they pour the hot lip balm right in front of you. Soon the hot beeswax cools down and solidifies and you, the customer, walks away with a customized tube of lip balm, made exactly how you like it.
