Q: How fast do you make the custom lip balm and glosses ordered from your website?
A: Because we use the same retail serving machines we sell to Kiosks, it’s easy for us to make any combination the same day you place your order. There are some times of the year where we get swamped with orders - give us an extra few days in those cases.

Q: How long will a lip balm or lip gloss last?
A: There’s two ways to answer this question. All our products come with a 2 year shelf life. AND. The balm or gloss tube will be consumed at different rates - it depends on usage. But you can expect it to last as long as the average lip balm or gloss.

Q: How do I buy wholesale from your website?
A: If you add $500 or more worth of product to your cart a 50% discount will be applied.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide! We ship everywhere.

A: Yes. You have the option of express shipping. There is a small additional fee.

Q: Can you do a custom lip gloss colour or lip balm flavour that you don’t have on your website?
A: Yes. We can make just about any colour and flavour.

Q: What are your flavours made from?
A: We use essential oils wherever we can. All citrus flavours like lemon and lime are essential oils. Same with the mint, it is peppermint essential oil. There are absolutely no fragrance oils in any of our products. The other flavours are confectionary flavours used in coffee beans, candy, etc. They are derived from natural ingredients.

Q: What are your colour made from?
A: All of our lip glosses and tints are made from micas which are crushed minerals. There are no heavy metals or carmine.

Q: Where are Lip Labz products made?
A: Lip Labz products are produced in Canada and the USA.

Q: Will you come to a small birthday party with 10 children?
A: You can rent a machine from us for a few days that will come with everything you need to make customized lip balms or lip glosses.

Q: Where can I buy Lip Labz premade products?
A: Ask for them at your local health food store and gift shops.

Q: What are Lip Labz products made from?
A: The lip balms contain coconut oil, candelila wax, shea butter, cocoa butter, flavour oil and stevia. The lip tints contain the same ingredients as the lip balms with micas for colour. The lip gloss contains the same ingredients as the lip tints but with castor oil for shine.

Q: Are Lip Labz products natural?
A: Yes. All our products are 100% natural. The wax we use is a plant wax from a cactus plant grown in Northern Mexico.
